You will join a creative, industry-connected team and work closely with young performers to elevate their craft, prepare them for professional work, and nurture their long-term growth in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Training is delivered remotely via online teaching, with work hours scheduled 5pm to 9pm on Wednesday evenings. The rate of pay is £40-£60 per hour, depending on experience. The year is structured into three 10-week terms. A professional background in acting with strong industry experience in screen Can demonstrate experience or ability teaching or coaching children and young people in a performance context A passion for working with emerging talent and a commitment to developing young actors from newcomer to advanced Confident in delivering sessions online with excellent communication and tech skills A positive, supportive, and professional approach at all times Hold a DBS certificate Deliver engaging, structured acting classes online on Wednesday evenings.
