Located in the St Philip's Marsh area of the city, close to the River Avon and Temple Meads, this redevelopment will provide student accommodation and includes an enhanced public realm, including a publicly accessible riverside greenway. The selected artist will work with sound to respond to the site and the surrounding area, using research and temporary installations/performance to design and develop a permanent piece of work for the site.
