Carved from pitch pine, the sculpture traces the natural patterns and grain of the wood into flowing shapes. It reflects Cecile's childhood memories of mountains, trees, sun, and sand. A lifetime of experience formed into a single standing structure. Light enters through the top and radiates outward, echoing her personal response to life.
Final piece: 3 - 5 minutes in length
Composed to be paired with and performed alongside the sculpture
Open to everyone - emerging artists, solo musicians, bands, and collectives, at any experience level.
Fee: £700 upon completion
