Creative Sales Associate - Part Time Location: Canary Wharf, London What will you be doing? Customer Experience & Sales Act as a brand ambassador, delivering warm, knowledgeable, and engaging customer experiences Build genuine connections with customers and guide them towards the right products Work towards individual and store sales targets, including KPIs such as UPT, ATV, and CRM Visual Merchandising & Creative Input Maintain a clean, inspiring, and well-organised store environment at all times Support visual merchandising to ensure displays are both commercially effective and visually engaging Contribute creative ideas to enhance the in-store experience, including layout improvements and storytelling moments Help adapt displays to support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal changes Operations & Stock Control Process deliveries and support stockroom organisation Operate tills, handle cash, and follow retail procedures and compliance guidelines Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store Who we're looking for A confident and customer-focused individual with retail or customer service experience Comfortable working towards sales targets in a retail-led environment Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Someone with an interest in creativity, design, or visual presentation A team player who enjoys contributing ideas and maintaining high store standards Why join us?
