Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly organised marketeer to join our team. This role will see you work alongside and support our marketing, communications and business development — ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, small-team environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Job Description

- 2-3 days per week (9am-5pm)
- Salary: Pro-Rata £27,000-£32,000 DOE
- Faversham (Kent) office location (with option for some hybrid woking if required)
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- Pro-Rata - 28 days Annual Leave per year (inc. Bank Holidays) + 1 day each year with the company
- Pension scheme, health cash plan, and personal and work mental health support programme

Job Requirements

This role is ideal for a proactive communicator with a commercial mindset. We are seeking someone with experience in marketing for creative businesses, particularly in generating new client opportunities.

Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Asset creation for social media and other marketing channels
- Highly organised, detail-orientated and efficient across multiple tasks
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing roles
- Self-starter who can work independently and contribute ideas
- Comfortable with digital tools, social media platforms, and Mac systems

Desirable
- Experience in creative industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Understanding of brand strategy, marketing funnel or analytics

Job Responsibilities

- Creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Overseeing development of marketing assets - website content, social media content, stills, videos etc. alongside our content team.
- Ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, style across our marketing elements
- Researching creative industry marketing trends - coming up with ideas and presenting them to the team for consideration
- Gathering relevant project assets for our internal marketing
- Support and drive new business strategy and company growth planning
- Lead generation - research, outreach and nurturing new clients
