This is a visible People Partner role where you will have the opportunity to shape culture, build capability, and influence inclusion across a global organisation. You will also benefit from our unique 34.5 hour working week, supporting a healthy work-life balance. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract starting September 2026.
You will be an experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified or with equivalent experience, with a strong background in employee relations, learning and coaching. You will be comfortable working with managers at all levels and will bring a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to your work.
