PQA is a weekend performing arts academy for 4-18 year olds. We offer fun, professional training in musical theatre, comedy & drama, and film & TV. We're passionate about creativity, confidence-building and inclusion - creating a space where every young person can thrive. This is a freelance Saturday role based at PQA Warrington. You'll work closely alongside the Principal, helping to ensure every academy day runs smoothly. On weeks when the Principal is based at Warrington, you'll support with the day-to-day running of the academy, capture engaging social media content and assist students, parents and staff. On weeks when the Principal is at our Salford academy, you'll take the lead in running the Warrington academy, ensuring the same high standards and welcoming atmosphere are maintained. About the Role Location: PQA Warrington (Appleton) You'll be the go-to person on the day - overseeing the session, greeting parents, supporting staff and students, and stepping in to help where needed. While this isn't a teaching role, experience in performing arts and working with children is essential. We're not necessarily looking for someone with management experience - just someone who's great with people, super organised, and confident leading a team. Essential Desirable Set up the academy space and pack down after sessions On weekends working alongside the Principal, social media content creation will be expected. Job Description

Pay: £70-80 per session, depending on experienceJob Requirements
Aged 18+
Experience working with children and/or young people
Background in drama, musical theatre or film & TV
Knowledge of or background in performing arts
Confident communicator and team player
Reliable, punctual and organised
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
Experience teaching or leading youth sessions
First Aid training
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
