WildKat PR seeks a full-time PR Manager in London to lead arts and classical music campaigns. Ideal candidates are proactive, organised, and experienced in arts PR, thriving in a collaborative international team while managing creative projects.
You will work closely with our global team, including the Founding Director, PR Managers, and Digital Marketing specialists, to help plan and deliver creative PR strategies that generate strong media coverage and publicity for our clients. We are looking for someone with experience in arts PR, ideally in the performing arts or classical music. You should be well organised, proactive, and enthusiastic, as well as friendly and approachable. The role suits someone who enjoys working with a close-knit international team and is comfortable managing their own projects while collaborating with colleagues across our offices. We are looking for a PR professional with at least two years' experience in arts PR, ideally in performing arts or classical music, and a strong interest in the cultural sector. Some existing relationships with arts journalists or media outlets are desirable. The ideal candidate can manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with a team, communicates clearly, and pays close attention to detail. You should be hardworking, driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced campaign environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines while building strong professional relationships.
Your key responsibilities include planning and executing PR campaigns to ensure strong media visibility, managing a portfolio of clients, and contributing creative ideas tailored to each campaign. You will collaborate with the Digital Team to integrate online platforms, create content including press releases, biographies, and blogs, and build relationships with journalists. Networking at concerts, events, and award shows is expected, alongside close collaboration with colleagues across London, Paris, Berlin, and New York. You will maintain administrative tasks, support senior team members, oversee interns and placements, and mentor junior staff to support their development.
