The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the School's facilities, primarily at the Downside Road, Clifton site, with input at other relevant locations as required. This includes regular checks of rooms and grounds, minor maintenance tasks and supporting health and safety procedures. Equipped with a proactive approach, good communication skills, and the ability to undertake minor maintenance tasks, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth day-to-day experience for staff and students. You will work closely with the Premises & Facilities Officer to resolve issues and ensure the School's estate provides a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our community. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, friendly demeanour and the ability to use their initiative to address facilities-related challenges.
