Job Description

The role also involves close collaboration with Production, Marketing and Press teams, attendance at rehearsals and press nights, and managing productions throughout their run.

The successful candidate will have proven experience producing within a comparable theatre or commercial producing environment, strong financial literacy, excellent organisational skills and a confident, collaborative approach to working with creative teams. A strong understanding of UK theatre contracts and producing practice is essential.

The role is primarily based at the Barn Theatre in Cirencester, with regular travel to London and touring venues as required. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation producing ambitious work with a growing national profile.
