Description

Job Summary

Blueprint Arts Foundation CIC is looking for a Producer to join our small, friendly team based at our offices in Faversham. We're a grassroots community arts organisation working across North Kent, with majority of our work being in Gravesham and Dartford, using creativity to build communities.

Job Description

Please read the full job description here before applying:

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Producer to help us develop and deliver this work. You'll be working closely with our Artistic Director and wider team, as well as artists, community partners, participants and venues, helping turn ideas into engaging, well-organised projects that have a real impact on the communities we work with.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of things building relationships, solving problems, supporting artists, organising the practical details and making things happen. No two days are likely to be the same, and we're looking for someone who is excited by that.

This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit organisation. Whilst everyone has their own specific roles and responsibilities, we work closely together and support each other where needed. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and getting involved across different areas of the organisation, including supporting the delivery of a holiday club day, assisting with funding bids, and helping out with other practical/administrative aspects of projects when required.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as the role involves regular travel across North Kent.

The position is fixed term for 1 year, following a successful probation period. Salary is £27-30k pro rata, dependent upon experience. Expected working hours will be 22.5 per week and we will consider a freelance position for the right candidate so please do still apply if you are a self-employed producer. We anticipate that working hours will increase over time. Please note that the role will involve evening and weekend work.
