Producer, Brighton Dome & Festivals

We are looking for someone who is a great collaborator, with demonstrable experience of producing or programming within a fast-paced environment. The Producer will work closely with the Director of Programme and Festival Producing Director to realise and deliver the multi-artform programming of the festival and year-round programming, including budget management, scheduling, negotiations, internal liaison, programme administration, delivery and coordination.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people, who has an inclusive practice, excellent communication skills, and excellent organisation and budget management skills.

As a multi art-form venue, we know people might come from a range of experiences - you might have in-depth experience of one artform, or a broader base across many. This role will work across the festival and year-round delivery, and we are keen to hear from people with experience rooted in theatre, dance and/or site-specific works (or a mix of them all).
