Job Description

The Production Administrator plays a vital role within the team. We are looking for support with the recruitment, contracting and onboarding of performers, stage managers and a technical team across the company.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a varied workload, both within a team and proactively working on their own. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for on-the-job production administration experience, covering all aspects of cast and creative recruitment.

The ideal candidate is looking to build a career in the performing arts or entertainment industry. You must have a keen eye for detail and be confident with self-editing documents to ensure they are issued without errors.

Essential

  • Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail in generating, reviewing, and proofreading documents
  • Professional and articulate communication skills (both email and phone)
  • Creative and innovative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Microsoft Office proficient

Desirable

  • Experience of working for an arts organisation and/or interest in the sector
  • Familiar with Wix or other no-code website building platforms
