You will support the team with a range of administrative, logistical, and creative tasks-from rehearsal coordination to document preparation-helping ensure efficient day-to-day running of projects. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with previous production or arts administration experience, who is eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production, theatre administration, or a related fast-paced arts environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Good design and document-formatting abilities; competence in Canva is essential.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when appropriate.
Strong attention to detail across both workflow and document presentation.
Professional, personable working style and ability to build positive relationships.
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Experience in theatre, live events, or creative industries.
Awareness of freelance engagement processes, contracts, or licensing.
Familiarity with Equity, BECTU or MU agreements.
Experience supporting rehearsals, company management, or production logistics.Job Responsibilities
Assist with auditions, rehearsals, workshops, production meetings, and technical
periods.
Liaise with artists, agents, casting teams, creatives, venues, and suppliers as directed.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and basic scheduling support where required.
Assist with preparing contracts for cast, creatives, and collaborators.
Support press night activity including ticketing lists, invitations, and hospitality.
Assist the Marketing Production Assistant with preparing, updating, or checking production documents such as rehearsal packs, call sheets, schedules, and briefing notes.
Maintain trackers, logs, and shared documents (budgets, schedules, asset lists).
Provide administrative support for decks and presentation materials (e.g., gathering information, proofreading, organising assets).
Help coordinate schedules and ensure key updates are shared across departments.
Take and circulate meeting notes when required.Useful Links
