Description
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to play a key role in delivering our club & corporate shows. The role will be 40 hours a week on average, with a mix of weekday, evening and weekend work. The role will primarily be remote working, with some work carried out from our London co-working space. There will be 1-2 shifts per week in one of our venues. Frequent weekend work in both administrative duties and venue management is to be expected.
This is a permanent role subject to a 3mth probationary period, and a 6wk notice period.
Salary: £25-30000 DOE
Essential Attributes:
- 1 to 2 years in a similar role, whether in an arts or events environment
- Demonstrable understanding of marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in mathematics or statistics
- Proficient administration and computer skills (MS Office incl. Word and Excel essential)
- Excellent scheduling & organisation skills with great attention to detail
- Experience in providing high standards of customer service
- Based in London or easy commuting distance
- A lateral thinking & solutions focused problem solver
- Understanding in running live shows or events
- Confident, positive and approachable when dealing with a wide range of staff, artists and guests at all levels
- Strong team ethic along with the ability to work independently
Desirable Attributes:
- Interest in comedy
- Demonstrable experience with Google Ads & SEM
- Sales experience via phone & email
- Experience in setting up, troubleshooting and operating live sound & lighting systems
- Experience of social media as a marketing tool
- Assist with delivery of club and corporate shows as part of our Core Team, including artist liaison, booking freelancers for work and general logistics
- Analyse web data and audience research data to evaluate & maintain marketing campaigns
- Assisting senior management with devising, analysing and executing marketing strategies
- Monitor our enquiry & box office platforms, including creating show listings, managing bookings and providing consistently excellent customer service
- Purchasing & maintenance of technical systems and other show related equipment
- Supporting financial activity including administering invoices, show accounts and BACs payments
- Duty Managing our shows on the ground, managing the team of Stage Managers to deliver the best show experience for audiences, acts and staff
- Assisting with implementation of company strategy to continue delivering award-winning stand up comedy
