Manage and oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of the festival including the co-delivery of 'Inside the Archive' activities and demonstrations in BFI Southbank foyer. Work with colleagues to ensure a clear strategy and efficient workflows are adopted in relation to guest list and delegate ticket allocations for Festival events. Manage centralised production, resource and team deployment planning for screenings ensuring technical, front-of-house, accessibility, and talent and presentation requirements can be supported to a high standard. Manage the overall risk assessment, insurance, and safety planning, working closely with H&S colleagues, and the BFI's appointed security agency. Ensure Festival plans comply with best practice guidelines, legislative, contractual, and BFI policy obligations. Significant demonstrable experience in event-production and/or project management within a film festival environment or related cultural organisation A passion for and understanding of the requirements of working with archival film. A strong understanding of health and safety considerations of delivering events. A track record in successful budget management with strong administrative, process and organisational skills. The ability to manage resources ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
