We are seeking an organised, collaborative and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of a dynamic, borough-wide cultural programme in the lead-up to and throughout 2027/8.

This role is part of London Borough of Culture Haringey 2027.

We are seeking an organised, collaborative and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of a dynamic, borough-wide cultural programme in the lead-up to and throughout 2027/8.

Working across the producing team and multiple projects and partners, the Programme Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of cultural activity across Haringey. You will support programme producers, artists and community partners with coordination, administration and communications, helping to bring projects to life across neighbourhoods.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a major cultural programme that centres community-led creativity, participation and local identity.

Contract Type: 0.8 FTE, Fixed Term to March 2028

Job Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.

- Experience supporting the coordination or delivery of projects, events or programmes.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Confident with numbers and budgets.

- Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in customer-facing, community-facing or public engagement roles.

Desirable

- Experience working in the arts, culture, community or public sector.

- Experience supporting events or participatory/community-led projects.

- Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs or databases.

- Understanding of safeguarding, accessibility and inclusive practice.

- Knowledge of or connection to Haringey and its communities.
