Description
We are seeking a Programme Coordinator who will be the eyes and ears of the Programme & Practice team. You will be a great team player who can be relied on to act on requests and tasks with efficiency and skill.
You will be someone who is interested in creativity and culture and will be integral to the success of the Rural Arts creative programme, and on-going sustainability through the dedication to maintaining standards and processes.
This role is ideally suited to someone who likes working within a creative environment.
- Experience co-ordinating or managing creative projects, events, and/or activities.
- Experiencing working across multiple projects and managing time effectively.
- Ability to prioritise work and use initiative.
- Experience understanding budgets so you can resource the different programmes effectively.
- Confident communication skills so you can work seamlessly with colleagues and understand their needs.
- Ability to work some evenings to support programme where required (time off in lieu given)
- Flexible, cross project support to assist Public Programme Manager, Creative Communities Manager and Skills and Training Manager.
- Project coordination, through integrated processes that effectively communicate to various stakeholders involved, update out of date processes where required.
- Creating efficient and effective processes for the team, ranging from maintaining databases, reporting and evaluation and purchase order and invoicing.
- Supporting communication of programme through close working with Marketing & Communications Coordinator, providing project copy where required.
- Respond to incoming enquiries and providing quick responses to external stakeholders, supporting Management review and process new ideas and proposals.
- Support overall administration of Programme and Practice team, which may extend to coordinating internal meetings and providing minutes where requested.
