Work with the Public Engagement and Brand Partnerships teams to develop, deliver & manage adidas Originals Creator Network North, a 6-month development opportunity for young creatives in Greater Mcr
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term role, at part-time hours of 24 hours per week (equivalent to 3 full working days)
The OCNN Programme Manager will work with the Public Engagement and Brand Partnerships teams at Factory International to develop, deliver and manage adidas Originals Creator Network North, a 6-month development opportunity for 20 young creatives living in Manchester & Greater Manchester, a Factory International and adidas partnership.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping how Factory International has increasing impact and creates high quality, ambitious and exciting engagement and development opportunities for young creatives across Greater Manchester.
ESSENTIAL
- Experience facilitating young people's programmes, including consensus building and/or co-creation
- Experience in developing and delivering a range of creative projects, including experience developing programmes/projects from an idea into a reality
- Experience of successfully managing resources including logistical, human and financial
- Broad knowledge and network in the creative, commercial and youth landscape
- Ability to communicate and build trust with a diverse range of stakeholders and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, organise multiple programmes of work effectively and efficiently with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
- Willing to get take relevant statutory checks eg DBS (Factory International can support with processing and payment)
- Develop, deliver and evaluate the OCNN Programme in innovative, ambitious and transformational ways for emerging creatives with a focus on building resilience and industry understanding
- Work closely with brands and Factory Internationals brand partnerships team to aid co-creation of learning content and ensure effective communication to all parties
- Collaborative and curious approach to departmental, brand and cohort interactions to actively manage development, opportunity and contributions
- Manage key strategic relationships, advocate and widen networks for our work across sectors including commercial, creative, educational, cultural and charitable
- Locate, recruit and manage some of the most exciting creatives working locally, nationally and internationally to deliver on programmes, with a focus on those that are underrepresented
- Manage, develop and support team members, creating a collaborative team environment
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, optimising resources
