Full time: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day) Monday-Friday (Office based) 1 year fixed contract, with a view to extend Salary: £31,200 per annum Based: Feltham Arts Office, 2nd Floor, The Centre, Feltham TW13 4GU Job Title: Programme Producer The Programme Producer plays a crucial role in supporting Feltham Arts' three core pillars: Arts Engagement, Social and Physical Environment, and Health and Wellbeing within the community. They will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and producing immersive experiences that engage diverse audiences. The programme is designed to enrich the local community experience of the arts, expanding its reach and cultivating new and diverse audiences. The Programme Producer will ensure that the "Connecting Communities through the Arts" initiative features imaginative and engaging content that aligns with Feltham Arts' strategic framework and the overarching goals of the programme. Collaboration is key; the post holder will work closely with artists, partner organisations, funders, and creative collaborators to design and develop meaningful partnerships. What We're Looking For: Excellent project management skills, including experience of risk assessments, event management plans and health and safety procedures The Programme Manager will be an active member of the Feltham Arts team, responsible and accountable for the effective management, monitoring and support of the services delivered through the 'Connecting Communities through the Arts'(CCTTA) programme. This includes being a main contact for the organisations range of partners from the voluntary and statutory sectors, ensuring the organisation is well connected with its' networks and works effectively to develop arts and cultural opportunities. Job Description
Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) managing/producing creative projects, particularly in the arts sector and with the community/or a socially engaged arts practice.
Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenses.
Experience working with diverse communities and participants of all ages.
Line management experience with the ability to inspire freelancers.
Experience producing activities and events, with availability for evening and weekend work at certain times of the year.Job Requirements
