We're looking for purple person to join us as a Programmes Facilitator (Maternity Cover), working as part of a creative, dynamic and forward-thinking team to facilitate the development and running of our innovative Lifelong Learning Programmes for learning-disabled adults across Yorkshire. The role will involve working for 38 weeks of the year during term time. Holiday pay will be accrued based on our standard holiday entitlement of 6 weeks pro-rata, proportioned down to reflect the reduced number of weeks worked. Office staff who work all year round work for 46 weeks per year and are paid for 6 weeks of holiday. The delivery team will work for 38 weeks and be paid for an additional 5 weeks as holiday pay, giving them a total of 43 weeks' pay per year. No paid or unpaid leave will be able to be taken during term time, with one exception, as described below. In addition to work during term time there will be mandatory meetings and training outside of term time. There will be a minimum of 3 days in total - one at Easter, one in summer and one at Christmas, with the possibility of extra days for training.
