The key purpose of the overall project is to protect and promote the legacy of Operation Chariot (a short but audacious Raid that took place during WWII). Full information can be found at http://www.operation-chariot.org Our project will protect and promote the legacy of Operation Chariot itself; the way in which the Raid was carried out, the power of the different services working together, the importance of the detailed planning of the Raid and its importance in terms of how it shapes today's world. The project will ensure that the stories of the people who took part are preserved, enabling future generations to learn from their experiences. There is no need for prior knowledge of the project subject matter. The project requires an Evaluation Report in order to be clear as to the level of success of the project and this appointment is for an individual to undertake all evaluation activities - see Job Responsibilities. A professional Evaluator to work with us to ensure we maximise the learnings from the project, and where relevant, incorporate them into continuing activities. We anticipate the Evaluator's work will include the following: Provide a precis of the experience and expertise that lead you to expect that can undertake this work, either as an individual or as an SME. Include details of two two case studies of similar work carried out by yourself/yourselves. Please name people involved in each case study.
