This is a strategic delivery role suited to someone with a substantial background in producing and managing community dance, participatory arts and inclusive practice. You will deliver a range of high-impact projects engaging a wide cross-section of communities from early years to older adults, across diverse cultural, social and health contexts. This role requires leadership, clarity of communication, care and a deep understanding of co-creation, social impact and sustainable community relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring DanceWest's projects are community-driven, artistically excellent and professionally delivered. Person Specification Essential Desirable Fee: £160-£180 per day dependent on experience 2 days per week with an ambition to increase to 3 days in 2026. Contract: Freelance initially for 4 months, with potential to extend to 12 months. Location: On-site and with delivery across West London.
