for voices that are often underrepresented. Over two years, we will create more chances for
people to take part, connect and be heard.
The Project Manager will provide practical project management, coordination and event-
related communications support for the Creative Industries Fairs, Creative Medway
Conference and Youth Arts Festival only. The role will help ensure these events are
delivered on time, within available resources and in line with programme objectives, working
closely with the Executive Officer, Marketing and Audience Engagement Manager, partners,
venues, contributors and freelance delivery support.Job Requirements
Strong project management experience, including planning, coordination and delivery
of events, programmes or partnership projects.
Experience managing timelines, action logs, milestones, risks, outputs and
dependencies.
Excellent organisation, communication, administration and record-keeping skills.
Experience coordinating practical communications, such as partner updates, event
information, web copy, newsletter items or press release content.
Experience tracking outputs, monitoring information, participant data, feedback or
evaluation evidence.
Experience working collaboratively with partners, freelancers, venues, contributors
and community or cultural organisations.
Ability to work confidently with limited resources, in person where required, and
respond quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and get up to speed quickly.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, risk registers and task lists
for the Creative Industries Fairs, Creative Medway Conference and Youth Arts
Festival only.
Track progress against agreed milestones, deliverables, outputs, KPIs and
dependencies for these three events across Year 1 and Year 2.
Coordinate schedules, logistics and practical arrangements for these events,
including venues, contributors, partner meetings and participant processes.
Support the Executive Officer with programme monitoring, reporting, budget tracking,
risk management and preparation of funder evidence.
Events, opportunities and programme delivery
Lead practical planning and delivery coordination for the Creative Medway
Conference, Creative Industries Fairs and Youth Arts Festival only.
