Responsible to: MADE Director and Chair Hours: 22.5/30 hours per week (flexible working and hybrid options available) Contract: 16 months (with potential to extend, subject to funding) Location: MADE office, Z-arts, Hulme, Manchester, M15 9ZA MADE is a positive, forward-thinking and relationship-building organisation housed in Z-arts, Manchester's premier arts centre for children and families. Working closely with schools and cultural organisations MADE supports and delivers multiple projects and initiatives for children and young people up to the age of 18. These are all curated to meet our 4 key pillars: Creative Curriculum, Youth Voice, Health & Wellbeing & Employability. Your job will be to oversee, facilitate and manage all projects, outreach and engagement, with support and direction from MADE's Director and Chair. Essential: Key Responsibilities: Project Management Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of projects and activities. Manage timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and documentation. Align projects with MADE's vision and strategy, producing reports and case studies to demonstrate impact. Communications & Advocacy Deliver inclusive digital strategies and communications campaigns. Manage website, social media, newsletters, and digital content. Advocate for MADE locally and nationally, building partnerships with schools, cultural organisations, and youth networks. Leadership & Management Report to the Chair and Board, supporting funding and evaluation processes. Collaborate with Trustees and partners on programme planning and development of MADE's curriculum and youth voice priorities. Finance & Strategy Manage budgets, monitoring income and expenditure (via Xero). Support funding bids, evaluation reports, and long-term strategic planning.
