We are seeking a Freelance Project Manager with a background in arts education to lead the development and implementation of a new theatre education programme at the Kenton Theatre.

Job Description

The Kenton Theatre is launching a new theatre education programme for local children and young people in and around Henley-on-Thames. Designed to inspire the next generation of performers, both on and off the stage, this comprehensive programme will provide students with a thorough introduction to all aspects of theatrical performance. In partnership with the Arts Council England's Arts Award scheme and accredited by Trinity College London, students will also have the opportunity to earn formal recognition for their achievements in the arts.

The role is offered on a freelance basis with a start date in early January 2026. The salary is £25p/h and is for 48 hours of work in total between now and 31 August 2026 - the majority of the work being done between January and March.

This is a hybrid role with some meetings at the theatre in Henley-on-Thames.
