Are you passionate about driving community-focused projects while ensuring rigorous reporting and evaluation?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to support the delivery and coordinate the National Lottery Heritage Funded Activity Plan for the redevelopment of Hereford Museum and Art Gallery.

We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual with experience of delivering activity and project plans to join our team as a Projects Coordinator.

Contract: Fixed Term for 3.5 years
Salary: £27,269 - £31,067 pro rata (£13,634 - £15,533 per annum)
Hours: 18.5
Location: Hereford

What will you be doing?

Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Embed evaluation processes across all activities, gathering feedback and data to assess project impact.
  • Analyse data and produce regular evaluation reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery against funder targets.
  • Manage and monitor budgets and timelines, preparing updates and funding reports as required

Coordination:

  • Work closely with colleagues, partners, and volunteers to coordinate the delivery of the engagement activity plan.
  • Lead on volunteer recruitment and coordination to support activities

Communication and Delivery:

  • Prepare concise reports and funding documentation to support project progress and further opportunities.
  • Support programming, outreach, and collections projects that align with redevelopment objectives.

About You

As Projects Coordinator you will have:

  • A track record in delivering activity for cultural, arts, heritage, or National Lottery Heritage Fund projects
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and security in museum buildings.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a range of colleagues, stakeholders and partners.
