Public Art Installation: Worthing Sign for Montague Gardens, Colonnade House

A 25k (total amount excluding VAT) art commission is being offered to design, create and install a new sign for Worthing to coincide with the opening of Montague Gardens in Montague Place, Worthing.

Featuring only the word "Worthing", the sign will become a town centre focal point, photo opportunity and reminder of the town's creative spirit. They're especially keen to see designs that include an interactive element and to hear ideas for involving the community in the development of the sign.

How can you create a three dimensional impactful work of public art to both sit well within the new Montague Gardens space whilst remaining a standout piece of public artwork?
