Registration Assistant (Fixed Term), Imperial War Museum

Job Description

  • Your role will be to provide general administrative and operational support to your team and to help them achieve the department's objectives and meet their KPIs.
  • We will fully support you to integrate and become part of the team at IWM. You will be encouraged to gaining a working knowledge of the different functions carried out within the museum and the role of your team in supporting them.
  • You will be supported by your line manager to deliver your day-to-day responsibilities to the best of your ability and to the required standards and to learn time management and meeting deadlines skills. You can raise any questions or queries you have to aid your development and employability.
  • You will focus at all times on delivering excellent customer service while being professional, courteous and demonstrating the behaviours and attributes expected of all IWM employees.
  • We expect you to work within IWM's standards and systems which you will be fully inducted into and trained to understand and support. We will provide training to help you gain long term employment, such as career advice, support with CV writing and interview techniques.
