MSC is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and versatile Resident Director on a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract for the academic year 2026-2027. This is a fabulous opportunity to enable a talented, ambitious theatre maker to gain experience of professional theatre and apply their learning.

Job Description

Magdalen College School, founded in 1480, is one of the country's leading independent day schools.

We are seeking to appoint a Resident Director to join our thriving Drama department to commence in September 2026 and to continue throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Further details of the position can be found in the attached job pack.

Interviews will take place the week commencing Monday 27th April.
