We are recruiting for a 22.5 hour retail manager to join our trading department and help run our gift shop!

Job Description

Midlands Artsce Centre (MAC) is looking for a retail manager to join our trading team and work in our redesigned shop! This is a key customer focussed role, delivering MAC's on-site and online retail operations.

This role is a hands-on experience in coordinating day to day retail operations, collaborating with our arts department to develop products linked exhibitions and events at MAC.

Salary: £28,724 per annum, £17,235 pro rata

Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week.

Principal Purpose of Post

To deliver and coordinate MAC's on-site and online retail operations, ensuring high standards in product presentation, customer service, and shop performance. The role supports marketing campaigns and works with the arts programme to plan and develop products linked to exhibitions and events.
