Job Description
As a Safety Advisor, you will work with managers, supervisors, project teams and contractors to provide practical advice on health, safety and fire matters across a wide range of activities. A significant part of the role will involve supporting construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects, as well as helping maintain effective fire safety arrangements.
You will build positive working relationships across the organisation, helping colleagues understand and manage risks, encouraging good safety practices and supporting continual improvement.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 health and safety qualification.
- Experience providing practical health and safety advice in a construction, facilities, entertainment or similar operational environment.
- Knowledge of fire safety principles and experience supporting fire safety arrangements in the workplace.
- Experience assisting with risk assessments, incident investigations and safety inspections.
- Experience delivering basic health and safety training or toolbox talks.How to Apply
