Activity Stream is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities within the live entertainment, ticketing, and cultural sectors. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of the live entertainment industry, has a proven track record in SaaS and/or technology sales, and possesses the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on the live entertainment, ticketing, or visitor experience industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong consultative selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot or similar) and G-Suite; familiarity with other sales tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through collaborating with business development on proactive outreach and networking.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their unique needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of Activity Stream's platform.
- Conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
