In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing the magic of theatre to schools across the country, ensuring that students experience unforgettable performances.
This role is 16 hours a week, initially for 6 months with the option to extend. The basic wage will be £12.21 per hour with commission paid on top.
A proven track record in sales, preferably within the arts or education sector.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for storytelling.
A genuine passion for theatre and its impact on students' learning experiences.
A proactive approach with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred skills
A background in performing arts or education would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
A creative mindset that can contribute to engaging marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to promote our whole school theatre shows.
Engage with schools, educators, and decision-makers to present our offerings and secure bookings.
Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each school's needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend educational fairs and events to showcase our productions and network with potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience for schools.
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance against targets.
