We're looking for a sales & marketing manager to help us develop the Immersive Experience Network and grow the organisation over 2025. We're looking for someone who is an experienced marketer and who is passionate and knowledgable about the Immersive sector.

About the Immersive Experience Network
The Immersive Experience Network (IEN) is a collaborative community for creators, producers, and operators within the immersive sector, including immersive theatre, escape rooms, VR/AR, LARP, and more. Our mission is to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support the growth of the sector. Founded as a non-profit startup, IEN has delivered educational content, conducted industry research, and hosted networking events and annual Summits.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a passion for the immersive sector. This role will focus on expanding our membership, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our annual Summit. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise, a data-driven approach, and a deep understanding of the immersive experiences landscape.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the creative or arts sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the immersive sector and its various forms.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Membership & Engagement: Develop strategies to attract and retain members, fostering engagement within the community.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Summit Promotion: Lead marketing efforts for our annual Summit to maximise attendance and visibility.
  • Content Creation: Oversee marketing materials, social media, and newsletters to promote initiatives and events.
