UK-Based - Art & Museum Sector

Location: Remote/flexible within the UK with frequent in-person meetings and events

We're seeking a UK-based Sales & Partnerships Executive with a passion for the arts and a strong museum network. This new role will drive growth across the UK and Europe and help shape our cultural-sector presence.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with museums, galleries, and cultural institutions

  • Represent Tema Creative at events, conferences, and networking meetups

  • Build relationships with curators, directors, and decision-makers

  • Research procurement cycles, exhibitions, and trends to inform outreach

  • Lead sales from outreach to contract close, with internal support

  • Share Tema's voice on LinkedIn and relevant platforms

  • Collaborate with product/creative teams to shape client solutions

  • Maintain a clear sales pipeline and update the team regularly

  • Bring entrepreneurial ideas and energy to the role

Who You Are

  • Experienced in sales, partnerships, or relationship-building, ideally in cultural/creative sectors

  • Fluent in the "museum world" and how to approach it thoughtfully

  • Confident at events, proactive in outreach, skilled at genuine connections

  • Strong communicator in writing and in person

  • Independent and self-organising, yet collaborative

  • Bonus: background in art history, museum studies, or cultural heritage

*Compensation includes base salary and sales bonus
