What You'll Do Identify and connect with museums, galleries, and cultural institutions Represent Tema Creative at events, conferences, and networking meetups Build relationships with curators, directors, and decision-makers Research procurement cycles, exhibitions, and trends to inform outreach Lead sales from outreach to contract close, with internal support Share Tema's voice on LinkedIn and relevant platforms Collaborate with product/creative teams to shape client solutions Maintain a clear sales pipeline and update the team regularly Bring entrepreneurial ideas and energy to the role Who You Are Experienced in sales, partnerships, or relationship-building, ideally in cultural/creative sectors Fluent in the "museum world" and how to approach it thoughtfully Confident at events, proactive in outreach, skilled at genuine connections Strong communicator in writing and in person Independent and self-organising, yet collaborative Bonus: background in art history, museum studies, or cultural heritage *Compensation includes base salary and sales bonus If you're excited about museums, creativity, and building relationships in the arts-we'd love to hear from you.
