Main duties & responsibilities Manage key accounts while researching and developing new sales leads. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to support sales planning and campaign strategy. Report weekly on KPIs and progress against sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, providing insight and narrative to interrogate data. Develop clear, actionable plans to improve performance against targets. Identify and pursue new opportunities with schools, including academy chains, conferences and events. Build relationships with schools through meetings, follow-ups and effective needs-based conversations. Support the workshop team by upselling bespoke standalone workshops. Proactively contact schools and organisations via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking to secure projects for 2026 and beyond. Create tailored, pragmatic sales proposals for prospective schools. Support marketing activity, including sponsorship and advertising sales. Handle enquiries, objections and barriers sensitively throughout the sales journey. Act as a confident brand ambassador, inspiring teachers and students with the value and joy of our programmes. Keep up to date with UK education sector developments to position sales as solution-focused. Uphold equality, diversity, health & safety, confidentiality and GDPR requirements at all times.
