Description

Job Description

White Cube's secondary market is one of the fastest-growing areas of the business, with an ambitious global programme spanning consignments, acquisitions, and major art fairs and exhibitions. Based in London, the Secondary Market Coordinator plays a core role in this expansion, overseeing consignments across Europe, and providing support to the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas when required.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, bringing exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Working closely with the Head of Secondary Market Operations, Head of Secondary Brokerage, and the sales team, the Coordinator manages consignments from intake through to post-sale, structuring contracts to safeguard profit margins and drive commercial success.

This highly collaborative role works across Legal, Finance, Research, Registrars, and Technical teams to ensure works are prepared and released in line with sales strategies and key selling moments. Accurate, timely data entry underpins effective project management, reporting, risk mitigation, and decision-making across the programme.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing area of White Cube's business and to contribute directly to its commercial success. You will work with a wide range of colleagues across the gallery, be at the heart of major art fair and exhibition preparations, and gain an insider's perspective on the full consignment process from initial intake to final sale. For a detail-oriented, collaborative problem-solver, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role at the centre of one of the most dynamic sectors in the global art market.
