Searching for collaborators in any medium to form a mums' collective with a view to apply for arts funding together.

Job Description

Searching for collaborators to join a collective with a view to apply for arts funding together. The focus will be a one year project, bringing together 4 mothers from different parts of England to respond to our experiences of motherhood in whatever creative medium we feel moved to use. Commitment will be around 1 day per month from our own locations with no need for travel.
The project will culminate in a small touring exhibtion built from our collective process and visiting 4 venues, one in each of our local areas.
Exact timescale of the project will depend on funding success but it will begin from Februry-May 2027 and continue for about 14 months in total.
The aim will be to apply for funding to pay all artists a day rate of at least £200 for about 15 days.

Job Requirements

- You indentify as the mum of a child under 12 (This could include step mums, foster mums, etc. and your gender identity could be anything at all)

- You have a creative practice in your own right (theatre, printmaking, animation, music, writing, somehting else)
