Senior Analytics Manager, National Theatre

We are excited to announce the expansion of the Data and Insights team at the National Theatre. As a key member of this central team, the Senior Analytics Manager will be responsible for producing actionable insights that fully harness our data's potential, empowering customer-centric and data-driven business decisions. As an experienced Senior Analytics Manager, you will be at the forefront of data innovation applying advanced statistical models and AI use cases across various functions, contributing to our mission of delivering world-class theatre experiences and an opportunity to drive business impact in a relatively new data team.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Extensive experience in analytics, statistical techniques and predictive modelling with proven expertise in delivering actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analytical tools, programming languages like SQL, Python or R and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working with various storage formats including Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Understanding business objectives and aligning data strategies accordingly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
