Role: Senior Community Engagement Officer Contract: 2 year fixed term contract from January 2025 until 31 December 2026 Hours: 40 hours per week (inclusive of 1 hour lunch) (1 FTE). Regular evening and weekend working will be required. The regular working pattern of this role will include a weekend day each week. For example, the work pattern might be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday. Location: Hybrid. Crystal Palace Park, Ledrington Road London, SE19 2BB Responsible for: This role is responsible for developing the programme of community engagement at Crystal Palace Park in line with the National Lottery Heritage Fund Activity Plan. Line Managed By: Senior Community Programmes Manager Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, increases by a day each year completed, up to 30 days. Employer Pension Contribution 5%. Flexible working by agreement within the role requirements About the role The postholder will work with the Senior Community Programmes Manager to establish and deliver a new programme of activities, events and community engagement at the park. You will also work as part of the project team that includes a new Senior Volunteer Officer. The role is offered on a two year fixed term contract with Crystal Palace Park Trust.
