Strategic Account & Project Leadership

You will build and maintain trusted partner relationships with key clients, serving as the 'go to' person between the project team and our clients. You will manage a complex portfolio of consultancy projects, coordinating our teams to ensure the profitable, on-time delivery of transformative work.

Consultancy & Transformative Insight

You will design and lead innovative research approaches, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methods to solve our client's challenges. After executing high-value primary research, you will lead the analysis and collaborate with clients to develop transformative insights and strategies. Your role involves producing high-quality deliverables that tell compelling stories and mentoring early-career colleagues to develop skills across our teams.

Growth & Relationship Building

You will be key to nurturing relationships with our current clients while actively building connections with potential new clients. This involves scoping, costing, and preparing compelling proposals and pitch presentations. You will continuously identify new opportunities by monitoring industry trends to help the team win exciting new business.
