As Senior Website and Digital Manager you will lead the development, performance and user experience of our digital platforms. Crafts Council is the national charity for craft. We believe that craft skills and knowledge enrich everyday life, spark creativity and strengthen communities. We champion makers and creative businesses, nurture young people's talent, and build public understanding of why craft matters.

Contract/ Hours
Permanent, full time, 36.25 hours per week. To commence as soon as possible from February 2025 onwards

Location
Crafts Council Office and Gallery is based on the Pentonville Road in Islington, London, with some hybrid / home working.

Salary
£43,500 gross per annum based on full-time working

Reporting to
Currently our Executive Director

Managing
Currently a Digital Marketing Officer with other roles being scoped

Working with
Our Senior Salesforce Manager and project teams including Membership, Learning and Participation and Collect, and digital suppliers

As Senior Website and Digital Manager you will lead the development, performance and user experience of our digital platforms. You will ensure our website, digital tools and online journeys are effective, accessible and aligned with our organisational priorities; from membership recruitment to craft education, exhibitions, commercial hires, advocacy and sector support.

This role combines digital expertise with leadership of our content function. You will oversee a small, skilled team delivering high-quality digital content, newsletters and social media outputs, ensuring coherence across all channels.

You will work closely with our Senior Salesforce Manager to ensure digital decisions are grounded in evidence and support our organisational ambitions for audience reach, engagement and conversion.
