We are currently recruiting for a Social Media and Online Content Manager to join our Communications team This role is key to shaping Glyndebourne's digital presence and is responsible for developing and implementing an online content and social media strategy that enhances brand engagement, drives audience growth, and strengthens connections with both existing and new, diverse audiences. The role manages the organisation's core social media and digital channels, working in partnership with the Content team which produces content in-house. Combining creative storytelling with data-driven insights, the position oversees online content planning, curation and publishing across social media, the website and paid campaigns. It also collaborates closely with the CRM lead on content for email marketing. This dynamic role supports the organisation's mission by delivering engaging, high-quality content that deepens audience relationships while contributing to Glyndebourne's wider marketing objectives.
