This role contributes to ensuring the production runs smoothly and consistently throughout the tour, responding to challenges while upholding the show's original artistic vision. To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have: An understanding and practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices of theatre sound systems. Applicants must have an understanding and practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices in all areas of touring theatre. This position is offered as a full time, fixed term, touring contract until January 2027. There are 8 shows a week over six days (Tuesday to Sunday). The RSC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, this role will be subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check. All offers are conditional upon confirmation of right to work in the UK, suitable references and satisfactory health profile.
