Working closely with our team of Chefs, duties will include:
- Leading the food offer with our Head chef. Rotating the menus on offer, both seasonally and in line with the changing artistic programme.
- Supervising and managing the kitchen team to include the management of the day-to-day operation.
- Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and associated legislative regulations.
- Ensuring and supporting a strong Health and Safety culture that is embedded within the kitchen brigade.
- Being a key member of the Catering Management team, being a role model providing the link between the front of house and the kitchen, liaising with colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Previous experience of working within a high volume and quality food environment
- A passion for food and using the best ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills, a motivated and inspiring person
- Proven ability in the management of people and/or kitchens
- Clear communication skills
- A pro-active approach with the ability to work flexibly, multi-task and deliver in a pressured environment.
- Appropriate Food Safety Qualifications and be able to demonstrate high standards of health and safety practice

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 48 hours per week, five days out of seven. This will include some evening and weekend work.
