Open to the public all day, Theatre Royal Drury Lane, affectionately known as 'The Lane', is a destination for entertainment, food, bars, art and culture, allowing the iconic building to be enjoyed by everyone. We are looking for a Stage Door Keeper to join our team, working at the reception of this unique and vibrant building. The role will be on the front line of our customer service operation, welcoming guests and staff to our building, whilst also playing a key role in delivering a safe and secure environment in and around the venue. Job Requirements
-Experience in a hospitality, entertainment or reception environment
-Experience of building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
-A conscientious approach; accurate and with an eye for detail and presentation
-Ability to organise your workload to be able to respond to busy periods effectively whilst using quieter times to move projects forward
-Logical and methodical, with the ability to follow procedures and guidelines precisely
-Knowledge of health and safety practise in a working environment
-Confident working without supervision
-Excellent communication skills
-A willingness and ability to learn extensive background knowledge of the venue, resident production, facilities and departments.

-Provide a warm welcome for visitors, visiting company and our teams entering and leaving the backstage areas
-Handle any customer feedback which comes into Stage Door Reception, ensuring that guests are directed to the correct person to help with their query
-Manage the venue's lost property operation, liaising directly with guests when necessary
-Help staff and guests with questions on information about the venue, show and services provided
-Ensure that the Stage Door Reception environment is always presented to the highest possible standards
-Work closely with the Guest Experience & Food & Beverage Department, to ensure that consistently high standards of customer service are achieved across the venueHow to Apply
