Studio and Events Manager, National Opera Studio

Purpose of the Role

The Studio and Events Manager supports the operational and administrative functions of the studio. They are responsible for the smooth running of the building, office spaces, and logistical requirements of the National Opera Studio. The Studio and Events Manager also manages and coordinates other projects and processes at NOS such as the hiring out of our building's spaces and management of the Studio's events. The role includes some general and financial administration as well as providing support for other members of the NOS team.

Main Accountabilities

  • To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, studio spaces, and building

  • To manage the maintenance and operations of the studio

  • To manage and co-ordinate all NOS events

  • To manage and co-ordinate the venue hires processes and earned income streams

  • To manage cleaners, caretakers, FoH, and maintenance workers

  • To provide logistical and administrative support to the wider NOS team
