This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and passionate about the fashion, photography and moving-image industries. You'll play an important role in managing client enquiries and bookings across our studios, while working closely with our wider teams to ensure every production runs smoothly. As Studio Bookings Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them find the right studio and supporting them throughout the booking process.Job Requirements
- Previous relevant experience within fashion, photography, film, production, creative or a similar fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in the photographic, fashion and moving-image industries
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and confident manner when dealing with clients at all levels
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- A positive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy, collaborative teamJob Responsibilities
- Scheduling studio options and managing studio calendars
- Preparing accurate and detailed studio hire and production quotes
- Liaising with high-profile clients, production companies, agencies, photographers and creative teams via email and phone
- Building strong and professional relationships with clients
- Working closely with Equipment Bookings, Logistics & Warehouse, Studios and Accounts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Coordinating booking details and ensuring all relevant teams have the information they need
- Supporting the wider bookings team with day-to-day administration
