About the Role Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, the Studio Coordinator will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the studio. This position requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can balance front-of-house responsibilities, client servicing, and the general upkeep of the facility. Strong time management, verbal and written communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Requirements & Experience Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.). Experience in production is favourable but not essential. Must be comfortable with longer working hours and weekend shifts when required (with additional hours accrued as part of a lieu day system). A hands-on approach with a willingness to assist with technical setups. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for confirmed studio bookings, ensuring seamless communication and handling all client requests before and during production. Manage equipment hire and coordinate catering orders to meet production needs. Open and close the studios as required, ensuring security and readiness for each booking. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the studios, equipment, and green room facilities. Assist with studio setups and pack-downs, including: Cable runs Rigging small lights Setting up monitors Manage inventory and order studio supplies as needed.
